Advantage of dual shaft shredder machine

Working principle of dual shaft shredder machine
The dual shaft shredder machine uses two wear-resistant shredding tooth rollers. When working, the relative rotation between the two shredding tooth rollers forms a V-shaped shredding tooth cavity. The shear force generated is used to crush the material. After the material enters the gap between the two tooth rollers (V-shaped crushing cavity), it is affected by the shear force of the relative rotation of the two tooth rollers, tearing and shearing the incoming material to the required particle size, and discharging it from the discharge port.
