TMS-600 scrap copper wire granulator machine for recycling field
Scrap copper wire recycling machine is mainly used for recycling waste copper wire, waste wire, waste cable and so on. Simply speaking, it is to crush the waste copper wire, wire and cable first, and then separate the crushed copper and plastic to achieve the distribution and utilization after separation. Because the copper granules is as big as the rice grain, it is called "copper rice machine". It can also be seen that it is an environmentally friendly mechanical product.
Feature
1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.

Working principle
1. Crushing. First crush the cable into granular, copper and plastic particles, after crushing, the size and diameter is generally (2MM-8MM).
2. Separation. Using the principle of different specific gravity of metal (copper) and non-metal (plastic), two kinds of media with different specific gravity are separated by air flow and vibration.
