Introduction of dual shaft shredder
The dual shaft shredder uses the strong torque generated after the speed ratio compression to drive the two shafts to rotate inward. During the rotation, the blade edge of the cutter head becomes small pieces after various shredding effects such as extrusion, tearing and tearing of metal materials under tight balance. Yongsheng shredder has low speed, large torque, low noise, five dust, low production capacity, high energy consumption and small land occupation. It is applicable to any working environment. According to the number of shafts, metal shredders can be divided into: double shaft shredder, three shaft shredder and four shaft shredder.
The dual shaft shredder can tear up metal waste materials such as paint bucket, machine oil bucket, color steel tile, automobile shell, automobile oil filter element, bicycle and scrap steel. It can also tear up waste materials such as automobile tires, large plastic pipes and large plastics into recyclable materials.

Features of dual shaft shredder

Working principle of dual shaft shredder
The metal shredder enters the material into the shredding box through the feeding system. The box is loaded with shredding blades.
